Payment

I will always ship items after payment has been processed, this means that when you pay by eCheck it might take more than a week before I can mail your items.
For international orders I can only accept paypal. Dutch and European buyers may contact me for information about bank transfer or cash.
If you're buying from outside the Netherlands, you will be responsible for any additional costs that may apply (taxes, customs fees etc.).
Shipping

I will ship to anywhere in the world, if import restrictions from the Netherlands apply for your country you are responsible for being aware of them. If I need to take special measures to ship safely to your country you are also responsible for letting me know.
Please make sure I have your correct address, unless you tell me otherwise I will always use the address provided by PayPal.
I ship from the Netherlands, Shipping rates are based on 'regular' priority mail. If you want to track your shipment or want it signed or express mailed please contact me before you make a payment.
If shipping costs prove to be considerably less than my rates (which might well be the case if you buy multiple items) I will always refund the difference.
Items that are ready for shipping will be mailed the first business day after payment has been completed, things that have to be made to order will take between 1 and 4 weeks to create.
Shipping times can vary quite a bit, these are only rough indications of when you order will arrive:
To the Netherlands: between 1 and 7 days after shipping date
To Europe: between 5 and 14 days after shipping date
To the rest of the world: between 1 and 6 weeks after shipping date (usually about 2 weeks)
Since november 2010 the usa has increased security measures for parcels weighing more than 500grams (applies to most of my bigger books) which delays delivery up to 2 weeks.

All the items sold are made by hand individually, no two products will ever be exactly the same. If a listing says there are more than one available you may not always get the exact item shown in the picture.
All my items can be gift wrapped at no additional cost, contact me if you are interested.
I do accept custom orders.
